Flying Sauces - West Coast IPA - 7.2%

Brewed in the spirit of the roaring twenties, back when the beer flowed freely… until it didn’t. This Pre-Prohibition Lager tips its hat to the flavourful lagers of the early 1900s – crisp, medium-bodied, and just a little rebellious. Notes of toasted bread and fresh pretzels roll through a clean, refreshing palate, balanced by a pleasant earthy bitterness that keeps things honest. Born in the 80’s to quench the thirst of our great town, it started as the simple and honest idea of an enterprising local (Paul Amos) and grew into the Blue Groper, where he gave Coffs' it's very own beer!
